Commerce for Ukraine – Edeka’s Initiative

In the very first week of March, more than 20 trucks with 400 tons of cargo from the EDEKA wholesalers, Netto Marken-Discount and BUDNI drove to the Ukrainian border in Poland with food and drugstore articles. Mostly urgently needed products such as canned food, bread, drinking water, baby food and hygiene articles were donated. The goods were picked up in Poland by Ukrainian aid organizations and distributed directly to the people in Ukraine.
